Through 1-on-1 training or small groups, I help people move better, feel stronger, achieve more and learn how to listen to their body. Showing up on a regular basis, being held accountable and progressing through a joint-specific workout program can change your world. I know this because I see it happening on a regular basis.
For clients who prefer to do their own thing but aren’t sure where to start, I offer a comprehensive assessment to test for independent joint functionality and interdependent body cohesion. I then design a workout program tailored specifically to your needs and communicate with you regularly to make sure progress is on track.
This is a STRENGTH TRAINING class, specifically focused on connective tissue, joint capsules, tendons, ligaments... the ROOTS of human movement. This class is for those seeking to improve their overall health, athletic capability, and movement quality. BECOME STRONGER!
